"The plastic band doesn’t fit over the tag to be able to secure the tag to a luggage handle. And even after drying for 2 days the ink where filled in contact information smeared. There should be a clear cover over the contact information. Tag is cute and sturdy but functionally doesn’t work due to these two design defects."
