Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email or text when your package has been shipped.
Our shipping team works hard to get your order out to you quickly:
Shipping:
All orders purchased during the weekday until 2:00PM will go out that day.
All order purchased after 2:00PM during the weekday will go out the following day. All weekend orders will be processed & go out on Monday.
Local pick ups:
At check out you can select a time when you want to pick up your order. And we will have your order ready for you at the designated time. If we have it ready earlier for you we will notify you.
For pick ups we will send you a notification when it's ready for pick up.
Items will be designated as "Pre Order" & ship date will be listed in the product description. In the event that it will be a later ship date than listed we will contact you to notify you of the change. When the item is in stock you will get a notification from us that it's ready for shipping, pick up or local delivery.
Yes you do need to pay up front. By paying up front this does confirm your pre-order.
Yes. To cancel or edit your order please contact us the same day or within one business day of placing your original order.
We take all major credit cards, PayPal & our Tailgating Central gift cards.
