        • Tailgating perks is our rewards program. Each time you shop you get points towards coupons. You can find out more info on our home page. 
      • Do we do 1 day events ? 
        • EX: Sip' N Shops, Alumni Events, Etc..  Yes we love to do events for schools, etc.. email us to schedule yours! 
      • What schools do we have merchandise for? Currently we have merchandise for A&M, Baylor, SMU, Texas, TCU, Texas Tech & University of Oklahoma & OSU

      Order Information: 

      • Do you receive a tracking number when my package is shipped? Yes you will receive a tracking number when it has been shipped and receive an email once it’s been delivered. 
      • Once my order has been placed what happens?
        • Our shipping team works hard to get your order out to you quickly:
          • Shipping: Same day -1 business days for processing. Once it's ready to ship we will send you a tracking # via email or text. 
          • Local delivery & porch pick up: Same day. 
      • If my item is out of stock what happens? Most items are in stock at our warehouse, or one of our 2 retail locations. Should we not have something in stock we will notify you. 
      • I live local & need to exchange or return what do I do?

      • Do we take custom orders?   No, we do not take custom orders our products are officially licensed products. 
      • How do pre-orders work?  Items will be designated as "Pre Order" & ship date will be listed in the product description. In the event that it will be a later ship date than listed we will contact you to notify you of the change. When the item is in stock you will get a  notification from us that it's ready for shipping, local delivery or pick up.
