Order Processing & Shipping: 
  •  Orders placed before noon will go out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next business day. Please note that our team fulfills orders Monday-Friday. All weekend orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday excluding holidays.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note it does take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update. 
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up 
  • Please note: if you place an order over a holiday/ weekend your order will go out the next business day. 

Delivery Times & Shipping Cost: 

  • At checkout you will see an estimated time of when your order should arrive. Delivery is an estimated time based on your shipping address.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 
  •  Orders $75 & Up Free Shipping

  • Express Shipping Is $50. *Please note that express shipping does not speed up the order processing just the actual shipping time.*
  • If multiple orders are placed during the day we will try our best to combine your orders to go out in one package. 
  • Please note if you select order pick up at checkout and need it shipped. We will have to cancel the order and the customer will need to reorder (our shipping system does not allow us to make the switch from pick up to shipping). 
  • A friendly reminder shipping costs are non-refundable 

Important Shipping Notes: 

  • We ship to any address in the lower 48 of The United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. 
  • We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process.  Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct. If you need to change this please email us at info@tailgatingcentral.com and we will make that change for you.
  • Please note that if you enter the incorrect address at checkout and don't notify us of the change and it's delivered to the incorrect address no store credit, replacement of merchandise or refund will be issued. We can file a claim for you to see if we can find it but we cannot guarantee that it will be found. 
  •  Once a package has been handed to USPS, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.  

Office Pick Up / Local Delivery

  • When you receive your order confirmation don't head to our office just yet! 
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. 
  • We offer free local delivery in Richardson only. Delivery selection is under the shipping option at checkout. 
  • Pickup Location: 1116 Stratford Dr Richardson, TX 75080

 Pick Up Hours: 

  • Monday-Thursday: 10am-6pm
  • Friday: 10am-5pm
  • Saturday: 12pm-6pm
  • Sunday: Closed. 
  • Our office will be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day & The Day After Christmas. *Pick ups will resume the next business day. * 
We will email you or text you when your order is ready for pick up at our office & you have 30 days to pick up your order.
*Please note: After 30 days we will cancel your order & NOT refund you*  If you can't make it & need us to ship it to you please reach out to us at orders@tailgatingcentral.com. Please note that a $10 shipping rate will apply.

 Lost Packages:

  • If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it , please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Some of our packages are small enough to fit in a mailbox.
  • WHILE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR AN INCORRECT SCAN FROM DELIVERY SERVICE  IN TRANSIT SHOULD THIS HAPPEN WE RECOMMEND: 
    • Check with neighbors and family
    • Contact your local post office 
    • Email us at orders@tailgatingcentral.com for us to file a claim for you. 

Returns: 

 Thank you for shopping with us! We are sorry your purchase did not work for you & understand that sometimes it doesn't work out!  
Below is our return policy, if you have any questions please let us know we are happy to assist. 
*PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PURCHASED SOMETHING FROM OUR STORES. RETURNS OR EXCHANGES NEED TO BE PROCESSED WITH THEM.* 

How long do I have to return? 30 days from when you receive your merchandise  you can return  it and must be unused and in it's original packaging & tags on it. Please include our return form to make sure your return is processed properly. 

How do I process my return? 
To initiate a return please access our customer portal or email us at info@tailgatingcentral.com (Please include your name, order number, a copy of your return form (this can be a picture or a scanned document in an email) and what you would like to return. 
Please include your return form & your packing slip in your package when returning. 


The Following Items are Eligible For Return: 
  • Regular priced items with original tags attached 
  • Items must have no stains. Example: deodorant, makeup, etc...  
  • Items must be odor free. Example: perfume, smoke, etc.. 
  • Apparel must be unwashed. 

The Following Items are a Final Sale: 
  • ALL CLEARANCE IS A FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. 
  • ALL CHRISTMAS IS A FINAL SALE
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOULD YOU WANT TO RETURN A CLEARANCE ITEM IT WILL NOT BE APPROVED. 

ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS WILL BE MARKED ON OUR PACKING SLIP. PLEASE NOTE FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE ALL CLEARANCE & WILL HAVE "FINAL SALE" NEXT TO IT ON THE PRODUCT NAME. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED. 


Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once we have processed your return you will receive a confirmation email.

ALL REFUNDS ARE IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT & EXPIRE AFTER A YEAR. 

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. 
If you are local you can drop off your return or exchange. 

Missing or Incorrect Orders:  We double check all orders before they go out! In the event you are missing something please email us a picture of your order and a description of what you are missing. In the event something in your is incorrect please email us a picture of your order and description of what is incorrect and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are local you can drop off at our office. All missing or incorrect orders need to be reported with in 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise

Damages:  In the event that your merchandise is damaged, please email us at info@tailgateandtraditions.comwith pictures and a description of the damages & we will approve it & send you a prepaid return label. Please note if we do not have pictures of the damage we cannot issue a refund or a replacement.  Please report all damages within 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise.
