Order Processing:
- We try to get most orders out the day. If not it will go out the next day. Please note during peak shopping times (Mid April, May, Beginning of Football Season & Holiday season) orders typically take 1 business days to be processed and shipped out.
- Weekend orders will be processed & go out on Monday.
- Placed multiple orders the same day? Text us or email us to let us know you want them combined & we will refund you for one of the shipping expenses. We try & catch it but sometimes we don't always see it 😃
- In the event your size is sold out we will notify you prior to your order going out.
- All orders will receive a tracking number once it's shipped.
- Please note: if you place an order over a holiday weekend your order will go out the next business day

Damaged Packages:
In the event that your merchandise is damaged, please email us at info@tailgatingcentral.com with pictures and a description of the damages & we will approve it & send you a prepaid return label. Please report all damages within 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise.
Lost Packages:
WHILE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT SHOULD THIS HAPPEN: EMAIL US AT INFO@TAILGATINGCENTRAL.COM AND WE WILL HELP YOU FIND YOUR PACKAGE.
