Order Processing:
- Orders purchased during the weekday until 12:00PM will go out that day.
- Orders purchased after 12:00PM during the weekday will go out the following day.
- Weekend orders will be processed & go out on Monday.
- Please note: if you place an order over a holiday weekend your order will go out the next business day

- At checkout you will see an estimated time from of how long your order will take to arrive.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damaged Packages:
In the event that your merchandise is damaged, please email us at info@tailgatingcentral.com with pictures and a description of the damages & we will approve it & send you a prepaid return label. Please report all damages within 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise.
Lost Packages:
WHILE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT SHOULD THIS HAPPEN: EMAIL US AT INFO@TAILGATINGCENTRAL.COM AND WE WILL HELP YOU FIND YOUR PACKAGE.
