How long do I have to return? 15 days from when you receive your merchandise  you can return  it and must be unused and in it's original packaging & tags on it. Please include our return form to make sure your return is processed properly. 
How do I process my return? Please use our online portal to process & start your return & include your return form in the package. Please click here for our return portal. To ensure a quick & easy return & refund please use our return portal, it helps us process your return quicker! 
The Following Items are Eligible For Return: 
Items with original tags attached 
Items must have no stains. Example: deodorant, makeup, etc...  
Items must be odor free. Example: perfume, smoke, etc.. 
Apparel must be unwashed. 
The Following Items are a Final Sale: 
ITEMS MARKED at 25% off or more
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once we have processed your return you will receive a confirmation email. All refunds go back to the original form of payment. 
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. 
If you are local you can drop off your return or exchange. 
Missing or Incorrect Orders: 
We double check all orders before they go out! In the event you are  missing something or it's incorrect please email us & we will send you a prepaid shipping label. If you are local & it's missing or incorrect email us & we can come pick it up from you. Once we receive your incorrect item we will ship you the correct item. All missing or incorrect orders need to be reported 7-12 days from when you receive your merchandise. 
In the event that your merchandise is damaged, please email us at with pictures and a description of the damages & we will approve it & send you a prepaid return label. Please report all damages within 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise. 
Cancel Orders or Edit Orders: 
Please contact our warehouse within 1 business day from placing your order to cancel. 
Please call or email us to confirm we have the item & size in stock. 
Once we have confirmed we have the size & or item in stock we will send you a prepaid label. Once we receive your original item we will send you the new item.
