Thank you for shopping with us! We are sorry your purchase did not work for you & understand that sometimes it doesn't work out!
Below is our return policy, if you have any questions please let us know we are happy to assist.

How long do I have to return? 15 days from when you receive your merchandise you can return it or exchange it and must be unused and in it's original packaging & tags on it. Please have no stains, perfume, etc.. on apparel if returning or exchanging. Please include our return form to make sure your return is processed properly.

The Following Items are a Final Sale:
All Clearance. Final sale items are indicated on our clearance page & will be marked on the packing slip.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your return. Once we have processed your return you will receive a confirmation email. All refunds go back to the original form of payment.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
If you are local & need to return please email or call us & we can come pick up from you.

Missing or Incorrect Orders:
We double check all orders before they go out! In the event you are missing something or it's incorrect please email us & we will send you a prepaid shipping label. If you are local & it's missing or incorrect email us & we can come pick it up from you. Once we receive your incorrect item we will ship you the correct item. All missing or incorrect orders need to be reported 7-12 days from when you receive your merchandise.

Damages:
In the event that your merchandise is damaged, please email us at info@tailgatingcentral.com with pictures and a description of the damages & we will approve it & send you a prepaid return label. Please report all damages within 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise.

Cancel Orders or Edit Orders:
Please contact our warehouse within 1 business day from placing your order to cancel.

Exchanges:
Please call or email us to confirm we have the item & size in stock.
Once we have confirmed we have the size & or item in stock we will send you a prepaid label. Once we receive it we will send you the new item.
If you are local & need to exchange we can come pick up from your house & drop off the new item.
