- Regular priced items with original tags attached
- Items must have no stains. Example: deodorant, makeup, etc...
- Items must be odor free. Example: perfume, smoke, etc..
- Apparel must be unwashed.
- ALL CLEARANCE IS A FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
- ALL CHRISTMAS IS A FINAL SALE
- ALL TCU CLOSEOUT IS A FINAL SALE
- PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOULD YOU WANT TO RETURN A CLEARANCE ITEM IT WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
Missing or Incorrect Orders: We double check all orders before they go out! In the event you are missing something please email us a picture of your order and a description of what you are missing. In the event something in your is incorrect please email us a picture of your order and description of what is incorrect and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are local you can drop off at our office. All missing or incorrect orders need to be reported with in 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise

Damages: In the event that your merchandise is damaged, please email us at info@tailgateandtraditions.comwith pictures and a description of the damages & we will approve it & send you a prepaid return label. Please note if we do not have pictures of the damage we cannot issue a refund or a replacement. Please report all damages within 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise.

Need to make a change to your order?- Please contact us within 1 business day to make changes to your order. You can call, text, email or use the online chat to make changes!

Exchanges: You have 30 days to exchange your item for something else. Once your exchange is approved then you can send it back or drop it off at our office. Once we receive your original item we will send you the new item. If for some reason the item you are wanting to exchange is not in stock you can use store credit to exchange it for something else now or in the future.
