Holiday Return Policy & Exchanges
Holiday Return Window:
If you purchased something from November 25th 2025- January 1st 2026 you are eligible for our holiday return policy. Purchases made prior to November 25th 2025 are not eligible for our holiday return policy & fall under our regular 30 day return policy.
All returns need to be postmarked by January 9th. If you are local you can drop them off at our office by January 9th.
How To Process Holiday Returns:
1. Fill out our return form.
2. You can either use our return portal or email us at: orders@tailgatingcentral.com to process your return.
3. Once we have approved your return please package your return and include your return form in the package.
4. Please take it to your local USPS or UPS location to send off your return. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
ALL HOLIDAY RETURNS ARE IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT.
- Regular priced items with original tags attached
- Items must have no stains. Example: deodorant, makeup, etc...
- Items must be odor free. Example: perfume, smoke, etc..
- Apparel must be unwashed.
- ALL CLEARANCE IS A FINAL SALE. NO EXCHANGES, RETURNS, OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
- ALL CHRISTMAS IS A FINAL SALE
- ALL TCU CLOSEOUT IS A FINAL SALE
- PLEASE NOTE THAT SHOULD YOU WANT TO RETURN A CLEARANCE ITEM IT WILL NOT BE APPROVED.
Missing or Incorrect Orders: We double check all orders before they go out! In the event you are missing something please email us a picture of your order and a description of what you are missing. In the event something in your is incorrect please email us a picture of your order and description of what is incorrect and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. If you are local you can drop off at our office. All missing or incorrect orders need to be reported with in 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise

Damages: In the event that your merchandise is damaged, please email us at info@tailgateandtraditions.comwith pictures and a description of the damages & we will approve it & send you a prepaid return label. Please note if we do not have pictures of the damage we cannot issue a refund or a replacement. Please report all damages within 7-12 days of receiving your merchandise.

Holiday Exchanges: Need to exchange for another size? If you purchased something from November 25th 2025 -January 1st 2026 you are eligible for our holiday exchange. Please email us at orders@tailgatingcentral.com to get started.
Once we have confirmed we have the size & or item in stock we will send you a prepaid label. Once we receive your original item we will send you the new item.
