Holiday Order Processing: 
  • We fulfill orders Monday-Friday. All weekend orders will be processed and go out on Monday morning. Orders placed before 12pm & if it's at our office will go out the same day it's placed. Orders placed after 12pm will go out the next day. If you place an order before 12pm & it's in stock but not at our office meaning at our store, then your order will go out the following business day.

  • You will receive an email with a tracking number. 
  • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up 
  • Please note: if you place an order over a holiday/ weekend your order will go out the next business day. 

Holiday Shipping Times: 

  • To make sure your order arrives to you by Christmas we have several shipping options at checkout. Please note that rate will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

    Delivery Times & Shipping Cost: 

    • At checkout you will see an estimated time of when your order should arrive. Delivery and shipping cost is based on your shipping address.
    • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. 
    •  Orders $75 & Up Free Shipping

    • Express Shipping Is $50. Please note that express shipping does not speed up the order processing just the actual shipping time.
    • If multiple orders are placed during the day we will try our best to combine your orders to go out in one package. 
    • Please note if you select order pick up at checkout and need it shipped. We will have to cancel the order and the customer will need to reorder (our shipping system does not allow us to make the switch from pick up to shipping). 
    • A friendly reminder shipping costs are non-refundable 

    Important Shipping Notes: 

    • We ship to any address in the lower 48 of The United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. 
    • We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process.  Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct. If you need to change this please email us at info@tailgatingcentral.com and we will make that change for you.
    • Please note that if you enter the incorrect address at checkout and don't notify us of the change and it's delivered to the incorrect address no store credit, replacement of merchandise or refund will be issued. We can file a claim for you to see if we can find it but we cannot guarantee that it will be found. 
    •  Once a package has been handed to USPS, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.  

    Office Pick Up: 

    When you receive your order confirmation don't head to our office just yet! 

    If you place your order before 12pm and it's in stock at our office it will be ready that day for pickup. If you placed your order after 12pm it will not be processed until the next day. If your item is in stock but not at our office your order will be processed and ready for pickup the next day. If you place your order after 12 pm on Friday it will not be processed until Monday morning.

    Local Delivery: IN RICHARDSON ONLY.  You can find this option under shipping at checkout. Last day for Christmas delivery is December 23rd 

     Holiday Pick Up Hours From December 23rd- December 31st 

    • Tuesday December 23rd: 10am-8pm
    • Wednesday December 24th:10am-1pm
    • December 25th & 26th: Closed 
    • Saturday: 12pm-7pm
    • Sunday December 21st: Closed 
    • Monday December 29thth Tuesday December 30th: 10am-6pm 
    • Wednesday December 31st: 12pm-4pm 
    • Last Day For Holiday Pick Ups: December 23rd 
    • Our office will be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day & The Day After Christmas. *Pick ups will resume the next business day. * 
    We will email you or text you when your order is ready for pick up at our office & you have 30 days to pick up your order.
    *Please note: After 30 days we will cancel your order & NOT refund you*  If you can't make it & need us to ship it to you please reach out to us at info@tailgatingcentral.com. Please note that a $5 restocking fee will apply. 

     Lost Packages:

    • If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it , please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Some of our packages are small enough to fit in a mailbox.
    • WHILE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT SHOULD THIS HAPPEN:  EMAIL US AT orders@tailgatingcentral.com  within 20 days from when you should have received the order and we will help you file a claim for you. Note: that when we file a claim for a lost package we cannot guarantee that it will be found. Please note that after 20 days we do not have the ability to file a claim for you. If it's past the 20 days and you would like to file a claim. We recommend reaching out to your local post office to see if they can track it for you.
