- Orders placed Monday-Friday from 9am-12pm will go out that day. Orders placed after 12pm will go out the next business day.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pick up
- Please note: if you place an order over a holiday/ weekend your order will go out the next business day
Delivery Times:
- At checkout you will see an estimated time of when your order should arrive.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Once a package has been handed to USPS, we cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as hazardous weather or other service interruptions that affect mail delivery.

- We will ship to any address in the lower 48 of The United States, but the address must be a verified address with the US Postal Service. We may not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses entered during the checkout process. Please make sure the shipping address you enter is where you want your package delivered, and that all pertinent information, such as your house number, suite number, or apartment number, are included and correct. If you need to change this please email us at info@tailgatingcentral.com and we will can make that change for you.
Office Pick Up:
At check out you can select a time when you want to pick up your order. And we will have your order ready for you at the designated time. If we have it ready earlier for you we will notify you.

- Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm
- Saturday: 12pm-6pm
- Sunday: 2pm-6pm
- Our office will be closed on the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day & The Day After Christmas. *Pick ups will resume the next business day. *
Lost Packages:
- If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered and you did not receive it , please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Some of our packages are small enough to fit in a mailbox.
- WHILE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IN TRANSIT SHOULD THIS HAPPEN: EMAIL US AT INFO@TAILGATINGCENTRAL.COM AND WE WILL HELP YOU FILE A CLAIM.
