- Local delivery is Monday-Friday. We deliver to your porch with in 10 miles, & it's free. Or pick up Monday-Saturday. For more info check out our Local Delivery & Pick Up Page.

- Do we take custom orders? No, we do not take custom orders our products are officially licensed products.
- How do pre-orders work? Items will be designated as "Pre Order" & ship date will be listed in the product description. In the event that it will be a later ship date than listed we will contact you to notify you of the change. When the item is in stock you will get a notification from us that it's ready for shipping, local delivery or pick up.
